Timeline - group events by adding border as indicator

Is there a way for me to group events by adding a border around them and also remove space between them?

Right now, I’m adding custom css in my custom event component by setting left to a negative number and adding border styling to achieve the result that I want.

Seems a bit hacky to me I would just like to gets your thoughts if there are other approach?

Yup, at the moment the best solution is what you mentioned with custom CSS.
