Mobiscroll 5.35.4 Timeline View. The timeline View has many resources and the user can manually scroll to see the ones further down the page. When dragging events already scheduled on the mobiscroll timeline view, the calendar automatically pages down to see additional resources as the dragged event approaches the bottom of the visible calendar. When dragging external events onto the calendar, the timeline view does NOT scroll down to see additional resources as a dragged event approaches the bottom of the calendar. Interestingly, the horizontal scroll to see dates further out in time works for both external events and already scheduled events.
Any suggestions how to fix the resource scrolling for externally dragged events?
Hi @Andrew1
Thanks for reporting this. We were able to reproduce the issue on our end.
At the moment, there is no quick workaround for enabling vertical resource auto-scrolling when dragging externally created events onto the Timeline view. The behavior currently only works for already scheduled events.
We’ve created a bug report for this issue and our team will investigate it further.

Hi @Andrew1👋️
We have released Mobiscroll 6.1.2,, where we fixed the automatic vertical scrolling when an external item was dragged into the timeline grid.
You can find a guide on how to update to the latest Mobiscroll version here: https://mobiscroll.com/docs/guides/update-version.
