Is it possible to Freeze the row containing the dates on the resource calendar timeline so the dates can be viewed after scrolling down as well on the monthly view? Like a sticky navbar. In the image, the dates need to stay while scrolling down.

Actually the header should stick to the top by default.
If you have a fixed sized container for the eventcalendar this should work automatically. Here’s a demo that shows this:
