Using NumPad, is it possible to delete a decimal number in the popup instead of deleting one digit at a time with the backspace button?

Yes, it’s possible 
The simplest solution would be to use a Clear button for Popup: buttons: ['set', 'clear', 'cancel'].
Also you are welcome to share a bit more information about the use case.
