Mobiscroll is not a function - WordPress

Trying to get this working on a temp site to test… I’m getting the “mobiscroll is not a function” error. When I check the Sources in my browser, both the JS and CSS files I downloaded are showing there. It’s almost like it can’t find the Mobiscroll JS file though. Any thoughts?

If you are using the Javascript version of Mobiscroll, here you can find a getting started guide: Mobiscroll getting started guide for plain Javascript.

Let me know if this helps or if the problem still persists.
