is there a way to lock a resource from scrolling? for example i want to lock the first resource to prevent it from scrolling.

At the moment it’s not possible to make the first resource sticky (only the header can be sticky).
While it is not supported, I would be more than happy to pass this on to the product team and add your voice to it. Feel free to share additional information that helps me describe the use-case in detail.

We have just shipped Mobiscroll 5.28 where we added the fixed property to resources enabling sticky rows that remain fixed at the top of the calendar.
