How to disable Event Create Event in React

Hi Team,

I want the user to see only the event that is created. By clicking they can see the event details.
I want to disable the user not to create any new event.
So in event calendar i have used only eventClick.But still able to create a event.

So is there any way i can try.Please let me know.
