Is this possible? There are some instructions on Dash’s website regarding docset generation, but I am not sure if any of them could apply to docs.mobiscroll.com?

At the moment our documentation isn’t in a form from which we could easily generate a docset.
We do have plans to improve our docs, by using standards like JSDoc, but this is on the longer term.
